Our Methods of Payment

1. Cheddar Up payment page integrated with MoneyMinder (Preferred).
   Instructions:
   - Point your camera or a QR code reader to the QR code on the left of this page or to the QR code on the 2026 President's Letter.
       You can also use your laptop browser and open this site (for 2026 due only): cheddarup.com
   - On your phone, select the cheddarup site shown on your screen.
       On your laptop, you are taken to the Cheddar Up site directly after selecting the link in the previous step.
   - Go to the "ANNUAL DUES $95" item and select "Add to Cart".
   - On the following screen, select "Add to Cart ($95.00)".
   - Then, select "Continue."
   - Fill out the requested contact information. Do not forget to include your current email address.
   - On the Checkout screen, enter your email address and all required information.
       You can optionally choose to create an account for future payments, otherwise, select "Continue to Payment."
       Note: There is a processing fee added to your total. This is normal.
   - On the next screen, enter your credit card information.
     You can also pay via ACH by selecting "US bank account" and following the prompts to set up this debit on your US bank account.
     You can also select "Cash or Check" and send a letter with your check payment (Do not include cash) to the P.O. Box displayed on the screen.
   - Select "Pay Now."
       [I am assuming a confirmation page will be displayed, please give me the details. Also, there should be a confirmation email that gets sent to the email on file (that they entered on the form) if they select ACH or credit card, right?]
   
   

2. Mailed checks to the HOA P.O. Box (P.O. Box 2, Cedar Park, TX 78630).
   
   

3. Venmo (Discouraged going forward): using the Venmo app. You can go to www.venmo.com/Oakwood-Glen or download the app to your phone. In the app, you can find us @Oakwood-Glen. When using Venmo, please provide your home address to ensure the credit is applied to the right homeowner. Please also provide your email address and phone number to ensure your information is up to date. When submitting your payment through Venmo, you may be asked to provide the last 4 digits of Oakwood Glen's phone number for additional security. This is optional, and you can skip it. If you want to use the digits for security, please contact the HOA Treasurer and we can provide it.
