Oakwood Glen HOA is responsible for the maintenance of the value, attractiveness, and integrity of the neighborhood through the enforcement of deed restrictions.
The HOA Board and Volunteers will walk through the neighborhood on a regular basis, to ensure the upkeep of our community, in accordance with the bylaws/deed restrictions that are found on the Resource Center page.
Items being monitored are:
Unsightly items (bed frames, gravel/stones strewn in the yard, oil pans, old or broken planter or pots, tools, garden hoses or other gardening tools, toys, dead branches …).
Garbage can or recycling bin that can be seen from the street.
Broken or leaning fence.
Trailer in driveway.
Landscaping, mowing, cleaning of driveway and sidewalks
Unapproved improvements
To avoid a Violation Notice, please help by remedying such issues.
Please note at the city has jurisdiction over what is parked in the street, so make sure to follow parking ordinances to avoid being ticketed.
