We invite everyone to join the HOA Meeting at 6:00pm
We'll give you an update on our progress and we will also discuss several topics (bring your own!)
Neighborhood Walkthroughs
The Board started its regular neighborhood walkthroughs. We captured things that needed to be addressed (based on our Deed Restrictions) and will contact homeowners if something requires their prompt attention. Read important information below.
The new Oakwood Glen HOA Board walked the neighborhood on August 7, 2025. We would like to remind you that we all need to keep our properties maintained in accordance to the bylaws and deed restrictions that can be found on our website.
In the next few weeks, we will start monitoring for the following:
Unkept lawns (too long, dead, overgrown, etc.). Overgrown or dead trees and bushes. Deed Restrictions Reference: 3.14 Maintenance of Lawns and Plantings.
Unsightly items (bed frames, stones, gravel, oil pans, old or broken planter or pots, tools, garden hoses or other gardening tools and toys, dead branches …). Deed Restrictions Reference: 3.4 Rubbish and Debris.
Garbage can or recycle bin that can be seen from the street. Deed Restrictions Reference: 3.4 Rubbish and Debris.
Unfinished structures and temporary structures Deed Restrictions References: 3.6 Repair of Buildings. 3.9 Temporary Structures. 3.15 Construction Activities. 4.3 Unfinished Structures.
To avoid Violation Notices, please help by remedying such issues.

As a reminder, when tree limbs press on or touch power lines, they can cause arcing (sparks or popping noises), which is both a fire hazard and a serious electrical risk. To prevent safety hazards and service interruptions, we encourage you to work with our electricity provider Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC) when you notice any trees, bushes or vegetation near power lines/ Never address this on your own. PEC will send out a crew to trim them back as needed.
PEC's number: 1-888-554-4732. PEC's website: https://mypec.com/. PEC's Safety at Home information.
You can also read more about PECs Vegetation Maintenance Standards and their own Vegetation Maintenance and Tree Trimming on their website.
Shield Naumann Knights is an advocacy group dedicated to preserving Naumann Elementary School, the heart of our community. Contact Shield Naumann Knights for more information.
We are a small, friendly neighborhood of 123 homes, nestled in the southwest portion of Williamson County, Texas. Most homes were built in the late nineties, and many of the original residents still reside here. The HOA is run by volunteers who serve on the board and perform walkthroughs of the neighborhood.
Oakwood Glen is a No Solicitation neighborhood.
