Thanks to everyone who’s staying engaged as we continue to improve operations, clarify board roles, and plan fun events for the community. In our most recent meeting, we covered progress on policies, finances, upcoming events, and neighborhood maintenance. Neighborhood Upkeep

The new Board has started walkthrough of our neighborhood. To avoid Violation Notices, please help by remedying common issues before August 21 , 2025. After August 21, 2025, the HOA Board will send letters and will assess fines for non compliance. More details on our Home page.
